The service
Midspeak is a chat platform that translates outgoing messages to English and offers per-word translation in the reader's native language. We provide it on an as-is basis. Translations are produced by automated models and may contain mistakes.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Midspeak. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Conduct
Do not harass other users, send sexual content to minors, send spam, or attempt to compromise the platform. Accounts that do are removed without refund.
Billing
Midspeak is free for the first 30 days. After the trial, sending new messages requires a $10/month subscription billed by PayPal. You can cancel any time; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds within seven days at hello@midspeak.com.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
